Haiphong Centre for Environmental Monitoring (HACEM) belongs to the Haiphong Department of Natural Resources and Environment. It is an organization that has many experienced of environmental consultant. We have staff with the technical, technological and environmental experts; facilities, machinery and equipment which satisfies the standards and quality required for environmental surveys and for taking environmental samples and other relevant samples. We also have material and technical facilities and a laboratory for testing, processing and ************yzing environmental samples.
In 2005, HACEM was the first organization in Haiphong which followed the Standards of the International Management System ISO 17025:2005 - Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.
In 2008, HACEM achieved the Development and Integation Businesses Award 2008.
In May 2009, HACEM will apply for ISO 9001:2008 level - Quality Management System.
The environmental consultancy services as:
Preparation of environmental impact assessment reports;
Formulation of environmental protection schemes;
Monitoring pursuant to Law on environmental protection;
Environment technology treatment;
